| REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS |
Why to register: You do not need to register to use much of the functionality of the website or to access much of the service. However, you cannot enjoy the membership discount and bonus points privilege. The reason to register is to allow us to check your orders easily and view your past purchases. We reserve the right to decline a new registration or to cancel an existing Registration at any time.
During the process of registration, you need to supply us with your name, email address, payment details and possibly some other personal information. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details about this.
Once you finish registration, we will allocate a password to you and your account. You must keep the password confidential. Please note that you are entirely responsible for any loss, damages, etc. if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password.
Valid email addresses: Your account must be registered with a valid personal email address that you access regularly, so that, order confirmations and among other things, moderation emails can be sent to you.
Accurate account information: If you would like to change your registered information, you are responsible to notify us immediately. We will not be responsible for any delay, extra charge or loss, or whatsoever caused due to the submission of incorrect information by Customers.
Closing accounts: We reserve the right to close accounts if any user is seen to disrupt the website or the service in any way, such as sending or receiving any material which is illegal, indecent, obscene, threatening, offensive, an infringement of an Intellectual Property right, in breach of privacy, for any fraudulent purpose or with computer viruses. |

| PURCHASE AND DELIVERY |
You can purchase in this website, regardless you have registered or not. However, non-registered customers cannot enjoy the membership discount and bonus points privilege
When a transaction is completed: after we have taken your payment (by bank deposit or paypal(credit card) or other methods), the transaction will be completed only when we email you confirming the transaction.
Cancellation of a purchase order: If you do want to cancel the purchase order, you must do so by informing us you are cancelling it in www.petmall.com.hk. Alternatively, you may write to us or send us a fax notifying us at least 7 days before the proposed Delivery date. In each case, your cancellation request is only accepted and processed prior to the payment (by bank deposit), or 3 days after the payment (by credit card via paypal). We have the absolute discretion to refuse cancellation request of any applicant for any reason whatsoever.
Returns & Exchanges: we only accept returns and exchanges at the following situations:

If you request to return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of your merchandise. We will process the request for you immediately once confirmed.
